I do have a quick question for everyone. I have not seen the doctor as of yet and as I mentioned, I started reading about this couple of hours ago with that awful pain that is keeping me up. I have been taking so many different pain killers, Tylanol , Tylanol Sinus, Excedrine migrane. Which one works best and do they really. Can somebody refer me to an over the counter pain killer that would make these pains more berable.
