I went to the doctor about 6 years ago regular Doctor. He sent me for a MRI. Ok I do not do well in closed in places. So the first thing they did when I walked in was give me a valum. Then they handed me papers to sign. Not all there and feeling real good LOL. I did not read them I signed them. One of the papers said I give the permission to take extra pictures if need be.

Hell I was in the MRI for a good hour. A couple of months later I get a letter from my insurance company saying, that I recieved two MRI's and they would only pay for one. I oued $1300 for that MRI. So I call the place that did it, they say hey you signed for it and your Doctor ordered more. I then call the doctor. I get no where. I call the MRI place back tell then sue me, you gave me a valum, I diod not know what I signed.
I do a little more looking around, and found out the Doctor was part owner, of the place I had the MRI done.
I raised hell. I told everyone I could think of. That was one bill I never had to pay, never recieved another bill.

Becareful what ya sign when you go for any type of test. Before you sign for second pictures ok it with your insurance company, or you could be stuck with the bill.
