If the post was not legitimate, then there had to be a different reason for it other than to sell somthing for profit.
If you wonder whether smelling salts might help abort an attack, then ask your own doctor about the safety of using it, and also check with your pharmacist. I do not trust anyone except a professional medical person or pharmacist to know the bad side effects of any medication or alternative treatment.
