I recall seeing a post from one guy (Gary somebody or other) a while back who said that if it was very dry "Indica" variety, it seemed to help. If it was the more common "Sativa" variety, it made it worse.
To the best of my knowledge, every other post I have seen on this board says it either does nothing or makes it worse. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
