Once, awhile back now, you had a gentleman speak on the availability of information that you can find on other people (without having to hire a private investigator). He mentioned a publication or book that has everything that is available and public information.
I know it's been awhile - but, now I am in need of trying to find out as much as I can that is available to me on a certain topic. Can you help me and tell me WHO this guest was and WHAT the publication/book title is?
