I was (and I still am) always amazed how the same phrase has different effects in different languages...
You used Good for you! (Italian: Buon per te!) as a kind saying. In italian the sense could match:
Good for you, and don't break more my balls!
Sorry for the lesson, but it is too funny for me read these three words....:-)
