I can honestly say I know exactly what you are going through. My husband Lee has been having a long, horrible cycle. I have never felt so helpless as I do when he is having an attack. Usually the most I can do is hand him cold packs, listen to him scream, and assure him it will be over soon. This board has been a livesaver for me--lots of support here for us as well as for the people who are actually suffering with the CH. Feel free to e-mail me anytime, even if only to vent.
