you mean and no, it isn't easy to feel like you are living by only how many, how bad, when is the next one, how long.... gotta' hate it and then chuck it. i feel guilty even saying that i was CH free for 7-8yrs. knowing once again the agony of living this horrid nightmare. i feel, as i know we all do, every feeling every thought that goes thru the mind of another CH'er. take care
