in our (CH) cases, I don't mind for un-sterile problems. I keep the syringe in a (sterilyzed) steel box, until next shot.
I use it directly from the original syringe, and let the rest in.
If I leave it (half-used) more than 2 (max. 3) days I throw it in the trash, or I use it for my dog , that's also a Ch sufferer
