I started Tuesday on 250mg 3 times per day. Very little help. I started today with 500mg of 3 times per day. It seems to help a lot with the severity of the pain. I can still feel the headaches, but the pain is minimal. I'm hoping it's going to work. I am currently on my 9th week of headaches. Verapamil (240mg twice a day) worked last year. Didn't work at all this year. Good luck to you.
