I was on the BOD of the non-profit, International Origanization known as Parents Without Partners for 8 years. That is why I attatch the following link.
This is a most successful organization with local chapters, district, regional and international managers.
It might be helpful and wise to look at their structure for ideas before solidifying any decisions.
