all of us have been there, and back, and have the war stories to prove it. Keep fighting, keep trying new things...even if you get a moment's relief from it, it is relief nonetheless. You will make it back to the light. Your cycle will end, and you will be that much stronger from it. I am sorry for your pain. I am happy though that you reached out to those who understand, and those who will stand beside you to steady you, to support you, to empathize, and to love you. You are in my prayers and I sincerely wish you pain free nights and days...they will come soon and all of this pain will be but a memory.
