It literally knocked the shit out of this horror after a week or so. I'd then go off the drug as it's a beta-blocker and I certainly didn't need it when not in a cycle. Mine usually lasted three weeks--maybe four. At the beginning of a cycle I'd start with Inderal 40 and after awhile, I got on top of it. It was a great drug for me but you'll find very few others who have had as much success with it. I found it rather benign as far as side-effects.
