2 1\2 years ago for me it was so bad they admitted me in the the hospital for four days for a DHE infusion, started a prednisone taper, and changed my preventatives. I am chronic but this bought the intensity of the cycle down to liveable. Get to the hospital, tell them what you told us, let professionals help.
