Glad to hear you have a neuro who will work with you...it makes the world of difference. Lee has been taking imitrex for a few weeks and most of the time, it works very well. (He takes the tablets--the injections are much quicker, I know). As far as tolerance, we haven't seen it, but maybe someone who has used it more frequently and in greater dosage can shed more light on that.
Lee also uses O2 along with the imitrex when he has an attack. Has your husband tried O2? Hope you guys have pain free times soon! Joy
