My dad told me about this web page. He and i both get migraines, a lot. I am 27yrs old and have had them most my life. I never really knew just how many people go through what I do. Some of my friends just don't understand what i am up agaist. I mean, really i use to drink a little every now and then. I don't drink at all anymore. Well, sense New Years. It seems to help some with not having as many attacks. But i still get them. they last for 2 to 3 days,And i throw up. The pain gets so bad,so constant, its almost like i shut myself off. Sometimes i just cry. i set in the shower for hours and keep ice on my head.I used to take imirex, i found that taking Amerge is easier on my heart, with no side effects. Anyways, next time i get hit with the pain,the beast, if i have enough strength i will get on here and ask for support... take care and my prayers are with all of you, Natalie
