My doctor and I have discovered that my triggers are viral. Whenever the nasty flu virus hits, I don't get the flu, but my cycles always start. When the flu hit early (Oct 97), cycle started, when flu hit in March 2000, cycle started..and then when the flu hit last month, my cycle started again. I had 3 PF days, and then another "bug" must of come around off the flu virus as my cycle started up again and intensified...and then I started noticing that everyone was getting sick again.
