Time to go back to our corners :) I know how tough my cycle is , and that only in the spring once a day, and too see people dealing with these chs 5-6-7 times a day, now that's sad. Maybe someone can gather enough info from this board to come up with a solution to the demons! Take care my friend, and to pain free day's to all :)
