Deborah, yours went out the same day. You live on the other side of the US from me, and we all know about the USPS, so hang in there and let me know if you haven't received it in a few more days.
Trip, you didn't leave an e-mail address, so I can't look your info up. I remember your "handle", though, and I am willing to bet yours is in this batch also. E-mail me if you want me to look up your info and confirm.
