I use Verampamiel HCI (80) PHC I started 1x1 second day 2x1 third day 3x1 for twoo weeks then it was increased to 4x1 I am allowd to increase this gradualy to 3x2 if I need to but at the moment I am trying without. I am lucky I live in Holland because I get most of the costs refunded.
