Bob,
I can report some success with cold air: My current cycle started end of january. One evening, probably after ingesting
some MSG, all my teeth on the cluster side stated to ache (my attacks always start in the gum). I put on my overcoat
and went outside, where the temperature was around freezing. The toothache rose to about a 15 (but only a 1 or 2 on
the cluster scale) but started to subside after about 5 min and after breezing the cold air for 15 min the attack was over.
Anyway, the following morning I ordered the O2 gear. I think, cold air is better than nothing, but not a substitute for O2.
Wishing all pain free nights and days
Ueli
