Sorry I haven't replied sooner. I take the aspirin at the onset of an attack - I find the soluble stuff works quicker, and I can also keep it down - sorry to sound gross but I vomit uncontrollably during an attack, I think the fizziness of the soluble aspirin quells my stomach. THen I take the oxygen. I normally take four of the Aspro Clear Max strength (my doctor would probably have a fit, but it works for me and it's safer than a bullet I suppose) I only take them with a small amount of water - I think it's psycological but the stronger the taste the quicker the pain goes! I've got the pack in front of me - each tablet contains 300mg of Asirin Ph. Eur. whatever that is! I combine all this with the rocking to and fro and the combination has got my attacks down to about 30 minutes at the most.
