I am not at all sure my problem is cluster headaches, so perhaps you guys can help me. For the past several weeks, I have been plagued with headaches. They usually start in my sleep and wake me up, and seem to be worse during this time and early in the a.m. However, generally speaking, they are not terrible headaches. (I used to have a problem with migraines, and they're not nearly that bad.) The odd thing that has me somewhat concerned and baffled is that beginning at the same time, I've started having this twitching sensation in my right temple. It's not always concurrent with the heachaches and is, in fact, much more frequent. This all seemed to start about the time I bumped into the corner of a table, which struck me in the right temple -- though not hard. The temple is still tender to the touch, though it never even bruised. I was searching on the web for clues to the twitching and kept coming up with cluster headache sites. I don't have the other symptoms, such as eye tearing, etc., I've read about. Does anyone have any ideas? Sorry this is long.
