I'd have to agree with Laurence about the O2. I've been using it for 3 years now and I don't know how I would have made it without it.
Just like Laurence said, even if you don't get it right away, it seems to still help with the pain.
As far as Sansert goes, please be sure you have your doctor tell you about all of the side effects. There are some pretty heavy-duty side effects if you don't take a break from it every so often.
