They used to make these inhalers - -like people use for asthma - -worked great -- within 20 minutes the headache would be gone -- but you really needed to catch it on the onset. The pills never really worked for me -- made my stomach queasy. I tried them and tried them but to no avail. They stopped making the puffer -- and I do not know why - -I called and wrote letters but to no avail.
Imitrex works wonders. I am now using Verapimil to kick me out of a cycle (on it for the second day today -- we will see what happens).
