If you use hotmail for your email it is automatically scanned for viruses before you actually receive or download any attachments, I'm not sure if it is the same for other web based emails, like yahoo. But be careful if you use hotmail because I have heard that you can disable that feature and might not know it. I would invest in a good anti-virus program, especially if you have been a target before. BTW I have been posting to the board for months and have never received a virus email from anyone (please don't take that as an invitation to send me one, although it would allow me to test this new symantec system works 2001)
