Welcome to my nightmare. Wish you didnt have to be here. They or very hard to deal with.
I use to set around just waiting for the real pain to start. I live in shadow`s daily, which I have learned to deal with. It`s those full blown sucker`s that or murder on ya. It take`s time to learn how to deal with CH. We all deal with it in different way`s. Some of us go into hiding. While other`s need to talk about it. Just to get though it. It almost like finding that right combanation`s of medicine`s to help deal with the pain. You have to find that right combonation that work`s for you.
I know this is not the advice you was looking for. Wish I had the magic answer. I do have one,Never never give up. Life even though the hell CH put`s us through is worth living. Took me a long time to learn that one.
I`m a CH suffer of 25 year`s. I`m living proof you can live through it. There`s other on the board that have been through it longer.
Take it one day at a time. And remeber we are here for you.
