Rachel, I know how you feel. The people you turn for help end up making you more angry and thus worsening the pain. I make my appointments two weeks in advance now, whether im ill or not, and then cancel if im okay. I am in a bad cycle at the moment and if the doctors dont help soon i am going to sit in casualty until they listen. Hope that you get what you want when you go. All the best love
