Outlook (especially 2000) has a large amount of dialogue with VisualBasic routines, and is very "frail" with these viruses.

Microsoft has released a patch that "freeze" ALL potentially dangerous extentions with OUTLOOK 2000. No dangerous attachments can reach the computer!

The small problem is that... you cannot change your mind AFTER (reinstall apart).

But is a good patch for "newbies". If you want to accept an attachment, the sender have to ZIP it. And you can check this safely.
