I decided just to medicate, I'd rather be drugged than go through the waiting for the monster to hit. I have an appointment Thursday. hoping for a referal. I have seen 1 neuro in the past but he has no knowledge of cluster, only migraine. We all know they aren't even in the same field. Would you believe he told me to take Zomig every time I get a CH. First of all I have MVP, so Zomig isn't something I should take anyway. Second, thats going well over the suggested dose with 2-3 headaches per day and third, it takes 2 hours to work anyway. By then the CH is gone. Oh what to do? I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place with all these people. Oh well, atleast the shadows are gone now and I can get back to sleep for a little bit before the kids wake.
