Unlike Cathy, I knew a child CH sufferer, me. I've had 'em since about 8, mom blamed them on eye strain. Right! As for eating, it's the last thing in the world I'd want to do during a CH and does not drive off the demon if I do eat. Most times eating makes it worse.
