As for me, most of my CH come late at night(10:00 -1:00) and the last thing I think if is eating. I don't think I could eat because alot of time my stomach is in knots anyway. Sorry I could'nt be more help, but the one thing I have noticed around here is what works for one person does'nt always work for the other. So pig out and be pain free.
