I have used VerelanSR 240 for a year now. When I started I had to use 480 a day. And then I dropped back to 240. Several times I tried to cut back to none and started to shadow so I just kept taking it. So whenever I start to shadow I up the dose to 2xd.
But, I discussed the dosages at length with my Doctor before I made any changes. Even when I felt I could not stop altogether, she OKed that.
Different doses work for different people, so you have to find your level, but should do it with your Docs OK.
