Not only do I have CHs, I am hypoglycemic. If I don't keep track of myself and don't eat right, my blood sugar drops and then all kiinds of nasty things happen. One of them is headaches. Not CHs, but dull unpleasant things that can easily last all night. So I know very well that there's a connection between headaches and food. Hang in there.
