Just wanted you to know that you are not alone, I know what you're going through. Only advice I can give you is that you try to find your own personal mix of medication and your own way to cope with the pains. I use sumatriptan, the injections (upto 6 a day) in combination with 100% oxygen, 12ltrs/mnt. Also I'm on Verapamil since a couple of days, no real effect yet. What also works (for me, that is) is to concentrate on something in your mind, call it meditation. I takes your mind of the pain. Goodluck! Wishing you many painfree days, Rob.
