Put a big fat rubber on your puter when you are having e-mail intercourse! My suggestion is that all folks that frequent the board use a virus protection program and update it very often. I use Norton, update the virus program weekly (daily if there is a new virus discovered) and never ever open an e-mail containing an .exe attachment unless it is from a trusted friend that said they are sending you a program) This accomplishes two things. 1) regulars will not infect each other and newbies cant infect us.
I have never had a virus yet and I have been doing this for 12 years.
