I started verapamil about ten days ago. Four days at 180mg, four at 240mg,
so far two at 360mg. I take it once a day, in the morning. I have time-release
capsules. I've noticed no dizziness myself. This dosage is on top of 1200mg of
lithium per day (4 doses). I'm still coming down from 80mg/day prednisone. Are
you on any other meds? Perhaps a combo might exacerbate potential side effects
of a given drug.
