Mnay of the C'heads here have reported that the pains start when relaxing in the La-Z-boy, during REM sleep or on vacation. Has something to do with serotonin levels (at their lowest level) during resting periods. Bob P is the expert on this theory. Maybe he will see this and explain it better.
