I've been trying to get thru this cycle med-free. As you can all imagine, it hasn't been a treat.

I found references to the herb 'feverfew' and 'treatment of miagraine headaches'. Obiously there are huge differences between CH and migraines, but after 4 pain-free days I'm ecstatic. At first, it didn't seem to do anything for the CH. Only surrounding pain (ie. nostril, etc...) seemed to be effected.

However, since then, the CH's seem to have dissappeared. I'm not sure if it is because of the end my cycle, since it seems to be stopped short.

Besides 'feverfew' in gel-cap form, I have also been using a product called 'Migra-cell'. It is a balm-like product that is made in Canada by Phytome. (www.phytome.com) Because of its Canadian origin, I'm not sure of its availability outside of Canada.

I'm not 100% sure about this. (seems a little too good to be true.) I'm going to give it another week.

Hopefully, this can help someone.
Grant
