I just tried the magnets last week. Headband. It didn't help the headache so the next night I wore it to bed to see if I could prevent. No luck. I don't know how those little tiny magnets can do anything. I was expecting some big magnets. I'm not saying it won't work for anyone else, just didn't help me.
