Dear Oprah, I was watching todays show and wanted to see what happened after the show was over and after dancing around thing after thing I ended up here. I wanted more talk about how some people are stuck in getting knocked down and again and again and how Gary Zu--'s book could help change your life by changing the way you looked at it.Well, that's where I'm at. I'm a quadriplegic,C5-6, and talk about a life of an up hill battle. It started long before I became a quaddriplegic which is 10 years runnin' now and I have the stories to tell about life being the hard way or not at all. Now I'm, in pysical ways, better off than Cris Reeve but financially and in personal support of attendents, loved ones, friends, and just plain good I'm in dessolution. Now, I know I have my blessings and I thank God and Jesus Christ for them but the bad just keeps comming and my hope is diwindling that if ever something truely good is going to jump-up and slap me in the face so I can sit back and say WOW now that's good. I know others that have it worse than me,I pray for them, I' just ready for some good not like Julia Roberts winning the Oscar but something where I could say the future might not be so bad afterall or it looks good mostly.
