that really doesnt sound like any cluster stories I've encountered. Has your doctor ruled out all possibilities of a pinched nerve, with the knots in your neck and the ice treatments actualy helping the pain it sounds all to unfamiliar to me.They say the symtoms and pain ratios are very much alike. I'd definately get another opinion if you havent done so already
