Don't shoot down Margi or any of us old timers, old timers are people that has been here for years. Some from the beging some from a couple.
Back then most all of us exchanged phone numbers, we used our real names. Oh we had a few good fights , but we never could stay mad at each other long. We didn't have people sending viruses. We didn't have people sending Email SAYING that they wanted to KILL us. We had fun on the board, but we knew when to stop and get back to supporting each other. At that time this board was only a cluster board. We are not cutting down any Newbies, we are all glad to make new cluster friend. Change can be good, but the old can be missed.
I like coke in a bottle better than coke in a can. I grew up but miss being a kid. Everything changes, but for better or worst we usually miss the old times.
So newbies don't take offence to what us oldtimers miss. Someday if you should leave the board we will miss you too.
I am here to stay, good or bad! But I miss the way things use to be, we were not scard of each other, we fought fair when we did fuss, no viress, no going to kill each other. That we can do with out! So hate us if you must for missing the old times! We sure miss the ones that no longer post, people who had information that can help. Some left their mark on us and was good enough to leave us tips. Where do you think most of the information on this board came from? It came from the oldtimers. Their names are on each piece of information they gave us. DJ posted their names under their advice and thoughts. Yes we not only miss the oldtimes but the old timers that are no longer here. You new guys could have learned a lot from them, they might of had just the thing that would have worked for you.
