to a cluster, but not quite as painful and lacks the stuffy nose, he grabbed the same bag of tricks for treating CH's, in other words, no cure, after my accident, I found my oxygen concentrator worked best without all the side effects, but other victims I have met were not helped by this therapy, learned not to say this is the greatest regarding any particular regime or medication. Physical therapy would trigger these headaches, working my ankle would shoot a pain like a rocket up to my head, worse was raising my right arm where my shoulder blade was broken, but that was six years ago and the traumas have greatly tapered, so there is some hope. One thing that is worse than either a cluster or a trauma is to have both of them together, would jerk in pain with a cluster and kick off a trauma, had to learn to submit to the pain of a cluster so I wouldn't stack a trauma on top of that, was doing great for a while, but those nasty CH's came back after a bout with the flu, nose gets stuffed up, then that pain. I think mild exercise is the best treatment for a trauma, hope your group does well.
