My father has vascular migrains and my mother has occular migrains. I am now 28 and believe it or not, have just begun having migrains. Unfortunatly, I have the luck of getting both kinds. This is definitly inherited. I only hope my 7 year old doesn't get them. One bright outlook though, I am the third of 4 children in my family, and the only one who has migrains at all.
