While you are looking for the archives button you might stumble across a button labeled cluster survey, and if you follow that link you'll find, that out of 6578 people who took the survey the question When your clusters first started, had you received any medical trauma within the previous year? (i.e. head trauma, surgeries, etc.) has been answered with "yes" by 709, a bit less than 11%.
Going further back in time, this percentage could be raised to any number desired, but considering a latency of more than a year doesn't make much sense.
