Hi Gus - I concur, we need to do something during these dastardly bastards.
My littany of behaviors, depending on the severity and longevity of a given
CH, include pace, stagger, moan, cry, shout, scream, curse, pound, punch,
slam, squint, contort, rage, kneel, jump, squat ... hey, I'm sure you have
the idea and possibly similar behavior. I used to try just sitting cross-
legged on the bed with my eyes closed and breath shallowly. That did
nothing expect keep me from hurting myself any further. These days, if
the meds don't work on a CH, I'm all the rage if ya might be knowin'
what I mean.
