A friend of mine once brought to mine and my brothers attention the dangers of Aspartame when I gave him a Certs mini breath mint (the kind in the slimline case). His stepson looked at the box and said "Hey, this has Aspartame in it!" My friend quickly spit it out and yelled, "WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO, KILL ME OR SOMETHING?"
Okay, so he went a little overboard.
I have since researched it, but other than those CERTS, I can't think of anything I have used that contains Aspartame.
I now use ALTOIDS. They are Aspartame free.
