I learned that a long time ago being on committees of the companies I work for so I just do what I feel in my heart is right. I always make the best decisions I can as I am sure that you do. Please don't let the small stuff get to you. You never do anything to hurt anyone at all. So just remember that we can all be thankful that there is a you and you have done what you have done for us.
