I have been on lithium now for about 6 years. I take that and verapamel to keep my ch under control.
Lithium is given for bipolar and manic depression. The Chloniphen that carl d told of is for anixety.
The only side effects i get from Lith is slight hand trimmor and sometimes wake up very thirsty at night.
When i have cut back on the amount i take i do notice that im a little bit cranky and not abel to cope with lifes little problems as when im on the full dose. I have found that i like what this drug does for me. It does not make me feel dopey or druged. Just keeps the ch away and also keeps me happy.
I think that i may have been or am bipolar as this drug has worked so well for me in more ways than keeping my ch under control.
